The Impacts of a Health Assessment Reflection Paper

I interviewed my cousins about the thing they liked and disliked in the United States and their experience in a new culture. My cousins said that they liked the better conditions of living offered in the Country. The country has a substantial budget with an extensive display of job chances for everybody. Wages are more significant than in other countries, with a comparatively low living cost. My cousins also said that they liked the better chances in the US to find work. The US is still the first destination for individuals searching to accomplish their dreams. Despite the country’s economic crash some centuries ago, it quite has the most economy worldwide. Also, they liked the institutions in the US, which are better than those in their homes. The institutions provide the political, economic, and personal security that my cousins desired.According to what they disliked, my cousins said they disliked discrimination in the US. They agonized over verbal and physical abuse since they were different. They also disliked the language barrier since it affected their ability to communicate with others in the United States. They also disliked isolation, separation, and stability. They had low medical insurance attention rates and poor admittance to health care facilities. These obstacles array from financial limits to discrimination and fear of banishment.According to their experience with the new culture, my cousins said that when they arrived in the United States, they started the hard work of regulating life in a new country. They wanted to search for jobs and homes. They had to study a new language and get used to new duties, and this was all portion of building a new life. They assisted in building railroads, linked political parties, and worked in factories. They also conveyed new foods, beliefs, and cultures.Concerning the attempts to find ways to survive, I interviewed my sisters. They said that, once they settled, they started looking for a job. There were no good jobs, and workers habitually took advantage of them. They were usually paid less than the other workers. They also experienced social tension in finding their way to survive. My sisters were often discriminated against and stereotyped against and suffered physical and verbal abuse since they were different. They tried to adapt to the new life in the United States by joining neighborhoods and regions where they could share culture with others.I interviewed both my parents and uncles about the advantages and disadvantages they had in achieving their goals. My parents said that, concerning the advantages, they had a more elastic labor market, essential skills base, amplified demand, and higher diversity of invention. My uncles said they had a net benefit to the government revenues and were potential entrepreneurs. They also experienced increased economic output and living standards. Concerning the disadvantages, my parents said that they experienced a potential fall in real wages since they were low-skilled workers. There was increased pressure on public services, including education, health, and congestion on the road.Conclusively, my parents migrated to the US since they thought there were better opportunities than in our country. My family faced cultural differences as a primary challenge in the United States. My family likes better living conditions, better work opportunities, and better institutions in the United States. They disliked discrimination, isolation, and the language barrier. Regarding employment, immigrants had challenges adjusting to a new corporate culture.
Impact of a Health AssessmentPhysical changes in a client can increase the risk for human violence. For example, if the client is starting to get better and something happens that leaves him partially paralyzed, he will not be able to do his tasks like he used to do. He might feel very dependent on people to help him with everything from feeding, sitting, and even taking him where he needs. This factor will hurt this client, who has lost his physical ability. Thus, it could increase the risk of him being verbally and even physically violent to the health workers and even his caregivers.Human violence is a social and cultural problem. People who witness or experience violence may develop various problems such as anger, poor social skills, lack of empathy, insecurity, anxiety, manipulative behavior, and impulsiveness. A person going through these symptoms does not lead a good life because they are always under constant threat that something might happen to them again. Healthcare workers who experience human violence cannot perform their duties as they should because their life is threatened. Therefore they do not have the freedom they should have hence affecting the health culture of putting the patient needs first. According to Havaei
